The Standard On Site Consultation for home or business

What you are required to provide to your consultant.

For Basic Paht Chee readings birth dates and times of birth are required for all permanent occupants of a home or for the management team of a business.
A detailed floor plan drawn to scale. (Preferably A4 size). If you do not have a floor plan one can be drawn up for a nominal fee.
A simple questionnaire is required to be completed to ascertain the areas of the client’s life that require enhancing.

What you can expect to receive.

A consultant will spend around 1 hour, depending on the size of the project, at the home or business looking at the following points. The printed report, which you should receive within two to three weeks, is returned to you during a second one hour consultation. Further help can be provided via email, for a reasonable period of time.

Landform looks at the environment around your building including hills, rivers, poison arrows and other auspicious or inauspicious influences that will affect the building and those in it. Eight Mansions Formula looks at Kua numbers, which enables each occupant to know their best directions to improve wealth, health, love and general growth luck, as well as the four bad directions, which will cause trouble, illness and loss.

Information is given on the best rooms or entry points to be used by each member of the household. Each room is looked at to see how the flow of energy can be improved and to generally improve the luck of the home as a whole. Advice is given on the positioning of water features, televisions, furniture and the placement of any cures that are advised. Recommendations are given on colour schemes to best activate the luck of specific areas of the home. The Yearly Afflictions are explained so that you know which directions are bad for renovating and facing throughout the year. These directions change yearly according to the Chinese calendar and an electronic update of these directions is sent out annually to the client.

The Comprehensive on site consultation for home or business

What you are required to provide to your consultant.

For basic Paht Chee readings birth dates and times of birth are required for all permanent occupants of a home or for the management team of a business.
A detailed floor plan drawn to scale. (Preferably A4 size). If you do not have a floor plan one can be drawn up for a nominal fee.
A floor plan showing where renovations or extensions have been carried out. The plan should clearly show the original building and the renovated area.
Information regarding the approximate date of the renovations as well as information on when the building was originally built. (This information is usually accessible from your Local Council or Lands Title.)
A simple questionnaire is required to be completed to ascertain the areas of the client’s life that require enhancing.

A standard consultation is supplied and the Flying star formula is added. Flying stars looks at the relationship and wealth luck of the home or office on a month by month basis. It looks at the luck of the house as well as their luck within the home for a year. A comprehensive list of cures and enhancements for each month are included with instructions on how to implement them. Flying stars is greatly influenced by the luck of the time Period in which the house was built or renovated. These Periods last 20 years so it is important to know when the house was built or renovated to see if changes are necessary to update the luck of the house. The cost of drawing up a detailed plan.

Off site consultations for home or business

What you are required to provide to your consultant.

For Basic Paht Chee readings birth dates and times of birth are required for all permanent occupants of a home or for the management team of a business.
A detailed floor plan drawn to scale and showing measurements. (Preferably A4 size). This should show the position of features in the kitchen, all doors and windows, and who occupies which rooms. Positions of furniture and colours already incorporated into the décor should be shown. The more information that is given, the better the report will be.
Photographic documentation of rooms and views from rooms is important.
All external door orientations must be given, using compass degrees.
A simple questionnaire is required to be completed to ascertain the areas of the client’s life that require enhancing.

What you can expect to receive.

A printed report is sent to the client, and this should be received within two weeks.

Flying Star information cannot be given for an off site consultation as a Practitioner must take very accurate directional readings of the building.

The report will include;

Personal basic Paht Chee analysis.
The Landscape School information.
Eight Aspirations information.
Eight Mansions formulas, or kua information for each occupant.
The Yearly Afflictions are shown and advise is given on how to avoid the problems associated with these.
Other information is given in diagram and written form to show placement of furniture and cures.
A full colour brochure of products allows the client to decide if they would like to purchase from Feng Shui Bringing Riches or from shops and market stalls in their local area.
